Post Discharge care / Maintenance Phase which may last from 2 years to 5 years.

Sunflower expert team believe that post discharge visit to rehab or Psychiatrist / counsellor is an important part of rehabilitation.

This phase of care is a missing link in de addiction treatment in most of other rehab centre. We care for you and always available for consultation when ever situation demands so.

On successful completion of Detox and Rehab program, the patient is awarded “sunflower fellowship”. At the time of discharge, Patient vows to become a responsible member of society and also motivate other to live drug free life.
